About TORC4X4
If you've been to RFC India or followed the Indian off-road scene for any length of time, you've seen TORC4X4's work — even if you didn't know it. Jasbeer Singh set up the MIDC Chinchwad workshop fifteen years ago, and what started as a restoration shop for vintage Jeeps has grown into one of Pune's most complete 4x4 build and customisation outfits. The workshop handles the full range: a basic snorkel-and-winch fitment on a new Thar or Gypsy at one end, a full build — roll cage, MT tyres, steel wheels, lift, underbody armour, LED bars, recovery kit — at the other. Classic Jeep restorations are a particular strength; finding a workshop that actually knows its way around an old CJ5 or CJ7 is harder than it used to be, and TORC4X4 is one of the few that still does it properly. Walk in or message them directly to discuss the build. Workshop is at MIDC Chinchwad, near Pratibha College. Open Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, 10 AM–7 PM.
